1) Result Windbreaker – 290 g/m² 4-Layer Super Stretch Softshell
Perfect for the mountains and cold climates, this jacket features four layers (one outer, one intermediate and two inner):
- The outer layer is made entirely of polyester .
- The intermediate one features a windproof, waterproof (5000 mm column) and breathable (1000 g/m² day) TPU membrane .
- The inside is made of polyester and has an additional microfleece lining , which guarantees warmth even in freezing winds.
In addition to these fundamental features, it has two zipped pockets and a longer back section to provide even better protection from the wind.
2) James & Nicholson windbreaker.
This windproof jacket is made entirely of polyester. It's a breathable, lightweight, and, above all, water-repellent material (600 mm water column).
It features an adjustable hood with a comfortable drawstring, sleeves with elasticated cuffs and two side pockets.

3) Sprintex Wind Jacket
This unisex jacket is made entirely of nylon, a resistant fabric capable of absorbing moisture (and therefore sweat) and drying very quickly .
It features a retractable hood that can be conveniently stowed in a pocket when not in use, two external zip pockets with ventilation holes. It can be adjusted to fit all sizes thanks to the comfortable drawstring waist.

This is one of the best windproof jackets in our shop. The outer material and sleeve lining are made of nylon taffeta, and the mesh lining (the internal mesh lining) is made of polyester.
It features a hood, elasticated cuffs, an adjustable hem with a practical drawstring and two zip pockets.
That's not all: this jacket is packable and features a K-Way closure system in the right pocket.
5) B&C windbreaker
This jacket features a polyester outer material (210T taffeta) with an acrylic coating. The lining is also polyester , thermal on the body and taffeta on the sleeves.
Like all the windbreakers we've featured in this article, it's water-repellent . It also features a hood that can be stowed away in the collar thanks to a convenient pocket with a Velcro closure.
