This notice covers cookies and other technologies that store or access information on your device when you use Burger Print. It also covers browser storage such as localStorage and sessionStorage.
The data controller is INK SRL, Via Nino Bixio 18/1, 16043 Chiavari (GE), VAT number IT02078070998, email info@burger-print.com. For information on other processing of personal data, please see the Privacy Policy.
Cookies are small pieces of data that the browser stores and may send to the website on subsequent visits. Other storage mechanisms, such as localStorage and sessionStorage, store information in the browser in different ways. They can help the shop function, remember choices or, where applicable and permitted, measure visits and support advertising activities.
The relevant distinction is the purpose of the tool, not just its name or the technology used. An identifier can relate to a user or a device even when it does not directly contain a name or email address.
Necessary tools support functions such as sessions, login, the shopping cart, security and storing cookie choices. Optional categories cover preferences, statistics and marketing, for the purposes described in the panel and the declaration.
Duration varies: some data expires at the end of the session, while other data remains for a defined period or until it is removed. Some shopping cart cookies last for 15 days; Cookiebot indicates a duration of one year for CookieConsent in the declaration. The site also uses persistent browser storage.
The declaration lists the durations detected by the scanning service. These may vary according to the domain, the functionality used and the choices made; the time data is stored in the browser does not necessarily match the retention period applied by providers.
The website uses Cookiebot to manage preferences. Measurement and advertising integrations include tags managed through Google Tag Manager and related services. Statistical tools help analyse visits and events; advertising tools allow campaigns to be measured and interactions to be linked to advertising services.
In the preferences panel, you can choose the optional categories separately. Statistical and marketing categories are not automatically treated as technical cookies. The declaration on this page lists the providers and elements detected by the scanning service: please consult it together with the privacy notices of the providers listed.
The Burger Print panel lets you change your choices for optional categories on the site. Your browser lets you block or remove cookies and other data: these are separate controls that can be used together.
Blocking necessary data may prevent some shop functions from working. Private browsing does not in itself constitute a choice in the panel and does not prevent all data processing. For information about your rights or personal data, contact info@burger-print.com.
In Chrome, you can manage site data and third-party cookies in the privacy and security settings. You can delete Burger Print’s site data or set exceptions for the site. The available options depend on your device and browser version.
Consult the official Chrome guide. To change your optional Burger Print categories, also use the site’s preferences panel.
In Firefox, privacy settings let you manage cookies and site data and delete those relating to Burger Print. The browser’s tracking protection may apply additional blocks.
See the official Firefox guide. Deleting data may require you to sign in again and make a new choice in the cookie panel.
In Microsoft Edge, you can manage or delete cookies and site data in the browser settings. You can apply general settings or exceptions for Burger Print.
Consult the official Microsoft Edge support page for instructions for your version.
On iPhone and iPad, you can manage Safari history and data in your device settings. If you use another browser, check its privacy and website data settings.
Visit Apple’s official Safari support page. Blocking or deleting necessary data may affect sign-in, your basket and preferences.
In Safari on a Mac, you can manage website data and tracking prevention options in the privacy settings. Removing Burger Print data may sign you out and delete saved preferences.
See the official Safari guide for the options available in your version.
Deleting cookies alone may leave other site data in localStorage, sessionStorage or browser-managed storage. To remove it, use your browser’s site data settings and select the relevant domain.
This may remove sign-in information, preferences and information needed to resume your work. It does not automatically delete order or account data held by Burger Print: for this data, you can exercise the rights described in the Privacy Policy.
In Opera, you can use the privacy settings to manage cookies, clear site data and apply any exceptions. Browser settings are additional to the choices available in the Burger Print panel.
Consult the official Opera support page for your version.
The panel offers the categories Necessary, Preferences, Statistics and Marketing. Necessary cookies remain active for the service to function; you can accept all optional categories or customise and save your choices. If you have not yet given consent, closing the panel without accepting leaves the optional categories disabled.
You can reopen cookie management from the site's preference controls and change or withdraw your choice. Simply continuing to browse does not constitute consent. Withdrawal applies to subsequent processing; you can also use your browser settings to delete data already stored.
Below is the declaration provided by Cookiebot, updated by its scanning service and covering the group of domains associated with Burger Print. The date shown is that of the latest available scan: the list may include items from other domains in the group and items still awaiting classification.
