The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is recognized as the world's leading manufacturing standard for organic fiber-based fabrics. It defines high-level environmental criteria throughout the entire organic textile supply chain, including limiting the use of chemicals and requiring compliance with social criteria. OCS Blended applies to all products containing a blend of organic cotton with other materials. The OCS 100 focuses on the purchase, management and use of 100% certified organic cotton fibres in yarns, fabrics and finished products through the use of transaction certificates for factories that do not yet comply with the GOTS standard.
