1. Cotton

Cotton is the most widely used natural fiber by man, along with wool, and is obtained from a plant. Cotton is a herbaceous plant, and the part we're most interested in is the fruit.
From the cotton plant we obtain a fibre used to make fabrics.

2. Polyester

Polyester is one of the most common and versatile synthetic fibers. Modern polyester fibers combine excellent performance and durability with maximum wearer comfort and a pleasing appearance. Polyester is often combined with cotton to combine the benefits of synthetic and natural fibers. High-performance garments are often made of 100% polyester because modern polyester fabrics offer high levels of breathability and moisture management.

3. Rayon

A man-made textile fiber obtained by chemically and mechanically transforming cellulose into filaments suitable for use in the textile industry. Rayon resembles silk in some external characteristics, but differs in its chemical composition, strength, and other physical properties.

4. Elastane

An elastic fiber typically blended at low percentages (between 3% and 8%) to create fabrics with stretch properties. The higher the elastane content, the more stretchy the fabric will be and the more it will adapt to the wearer's body.

6. Nylon

Trade name of a synthetic plastic material, polyamide, with notable mechanical properties, easily drawn, used in threads and fabrics for numerous purposes, from clothing to industry.

7. Viscose

Viscose is a man-made textile fiber that mimics the softness of plant fibers, while also having a silky sheen, which is why it was once called "artificial silk." It is produced from tree pulp (but also cotton, straw, etc.) treated with a caustic soda solution. Carbon disulfide is then added, forming cellulose xanthogenate, which is further dissolved with more caustic soda. The colloidal solution is extruded; the filaments emerging from the spinneret form a single thread that is wound on the spinning machine.

8. Lyocell

It is an eco-friendly fabric made from eucalyptus fiber. Tencel® Lyocell is the registered trademark of a new type of eco-friendly fabric made from eucalyptus wood pulp and is currently considered the most environmentally friendly man-made cellulosic fiber.
