1. How does a group order work?

The organizer creates the page for free and chooses the graphics, products, and colors. After Burger Print's verification, the order remains open for 10 days. Each participant compiles and authorizes their own order; all confirmed items contribute to the final price bracket.

2. Do i have to pay for the t-shirts upfront?

No. Creating a group order is free, and the organizer doesn't need to purchase a lot in advance. Each participant authorizes and pays only for their own order.

3. Does everyone have to choose the same shirt?

Everyone shares the same design and chooses from the products and colors made available by the organizer. Each participant can, however, independently select the model, color, size, and quantity.

4. How long does the order stay open?

Group orders remain open for 10 days after our approval. This period is fixed and cannot be changed by the organizer.

5. When and how much is charged?

At checkout, each participant authorizes the maximum amount shown. When the group order closes, only the actual total based on the price tier reached by the group is charged, plus the shipping cost shown in the order, without ever exceeding the authorized amount.

6. What happens if no one buys?

After 10 days, the group order closes without any sales. Production doesn't start, and no charges are made.

8. When and how is the credit used?

Available credit is automatically applied to the first available group order. It can reduce the amount to be authorized or the final balance to be charged; there's no need to enter codes or manually request their use.

9. On which orders can i use the credit?

The credit can only be applied to group orders. It cannot be used for traditional orders, DTF roll orders, or other Burger Print purchases.

10. Can i withdraw or convert the credit into cash?

No. The credit remains within the Burger Print system; it cannot be withdrawn and cannot be converted to cash, refunded for cash, or used for change. If it covers the entire eligible order, the charge can drop to €0; any excess remains available for a subsequent group order.
