1. Graphic draft creation

After the file has been uploaded and payment has been received, one of our operators will process the order and create a draft of the work, which will be submitted to the customer as soon as it is completed. Work will resume only after the customer has confirmed it. At this stage, it will be possible to request any positioning changes until the desired result is achieved.
Any changes or delays in accepting the draft could result in delayed delivery dates.

2. What is the purpose of the sketch?

The draft is created to allow the user to verify every aspect of the process and thus be sure that Burger-print.nl/en has understood their requests. Once our operator has prepared the draft, the user will receive an email informing them to check the material in the appropriate section. The file will allow the following parameters to be checked:

  • Quality assessment of received files
  • correct file placement
  • correct file input (e.g. front printing actually coupled with the front of the product, etc.)
  • width and height of the file (the sketch will be made in 1:1 scale based on the file received)
  • Any special agreements

3. Important to know

When analyzing the sketch, it is necessary to take the following into account:

  • Sketches not to scale.
  • A tolerance of +/- 3.5 cm is permitted for positioning and print size.
  • The operator does not perform any type of checks except for the minimum requirements.
  • In the case of color changes, you will receive only one sketch per variant, placed on one of the colors in order.
  • Any delays in the user's evaluation of the sketch will automatically cause the delivery date to be postponed.

4. Speed up the sketch creation process

To avoid delays in the estimated delivery date shown during the order process, we recommend carefully following the instructions below:

  • Please send your files as soon as possible, making sure they meet the minimum specifications, are 1:1 scale, and are free of defects of any kind.
  • Once you have received the graphic draft, check it and provide feedback as soon as possible and in any case within 24 hours of the first submission.
  • If changes to your sketch are necessary, please use the appropriate section within the "sketch evaluation" area to communicate the changes to be made to the operator, avoiding using email or the chat service on the site.
  • If changes are needed, please communicate them clearly and understandably so that they can be easily implemented.
The user is automatically notified if standard response times are not met: the system sends an email to prompt any necessary actions and notifies the resulting delay in the delivery date.
