1. General indications

The products will be delivered on the dates selected by the user during the quote process. The dates shown are indicative and may differ from the actual order processing times.

Delivery dates are valid for most of Italy. Islands and remote areas may require two or more additional business days. Delivery dates for any shipments to foreign locations must be verified with an operator first.

To allow us to meet the indicated delivery dates, it is necessary that:

  • The order and payment must be made by 6pm on the same day as the order.
  • Files must be sent by 6pm the day after the order is placed.
  • The graphic draft must be approved within 24 hours of its receipt

Under no circumstances will Burger-print be held liable for any damages caused by delayed delivery. Delivery times vary depending on the items purchased and the destination.

2. Delivery times - Neutral goods (without printing)

For neutral goods, the expected delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard - 9 working days.
  • Express - 7 business days. A 5% surcharge applies to the order value.
  • Express - 5 business days. A 10% surcharge applies to the order value.

Final delivery times will be confirmed once our staff has processed the order and received confirmation of availability from the relevant supplier. For neutral goods, delivery times begin upon receipt of payment. Any delays will be notified to the user via email.

3. Delivery times - Digitally printed goods

For digitally printed goods, the expected delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard - 12 working days.
  • Express - 10 business days. A 5% surcharge applies to the order value.
  • Express - 8 business days. A 10% surcharge applies to the order value.

5. Shipping costs - Italy

Shipping for goods purchased on www.Burger-print.nl/en is always FREE for a single destination in Italy, excluding remote locations. The website will automatically calculate any additional costs during checkout.

If you need to ship goods to multiple destinations, please contact our Customer Support team for a quote based on the quantity, weight, and volume of the items you've selected.

Any special requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Shipping costs - Abroad

Our system automatically calculates shipping costs for international shipments based on the destination and order characteristics (weight, volume, and quantity of items).

This way, even our international customers can complete their purchase simply and transparently, directly online.

For any questions or specific requests, our Customer Support is always at your disposal.

Any special requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7. Express delivery

Burger-print.nl/en offers various shipping options. These services are identified by the word "EXPRESS" and incur a surcharge that is displayed directly during the order process. The surcharge is calculated based on the urgency of your desired delivery.

Advice
"EXPRESS" services may not be available for all items, and may vary depending on the product type, customization technique, and origin of the item. We therefore invite you to check availability on a case-by-case basis.

If you have an event or need to receive the goods on a specific date, we recommend that you contact our Customer Support in advance to immediately check the availability and feasibility of the "EXPRESS" delivery service.

Why is there a surcharge for "EXPRESS" services?

  • Orders with "EXPRESS" service are given priority over orders with standard delivery.
  • Graphic design management is given priority.
  • Product availability is checked and its procurement is carried out as a priority.
  • Processing is carried out with priority over the standard work queue.
  • Shipments are made using the fastest service available, depending on the need, and in the most urgent cases, they can be shipped by air to ensure deadlines are met.

The term "express" service refers to our ability to deliver the goods to the designated carrier in sufficient time for delivery on the scheduled date. We cannot be held responsible for any problems or disruptions of any nature related to the carrier's operations. In such cases, the carrier will be liable for the delay pursuant to the obligation assumed under the shipping contract.

8. How to avoid delivery delays

Here are some tips on how to avoid delays to your order beyond the dates indicated at the time of ordering:

Payment by credit card or Paypal
To avoid delays, we recommend paying by credit card or PayPal. This way, your order will be uploaded and processed immediately. For orders with Express delivery, we strongly recommend using this payment method only.

Payment by Bank Transfer
For payments by bank transfer, the order will be processed only after the amount due has been credited to our account. In this case, please indicate your order number as the reason for payment so we can promptly match it to the correct order. For urgent orders, we do not recommend this payment method, as the delivery date is typically delayed by approximately 2-3 days.

We recommend sending a copy of the receipt as soon as it's available, with the CRO number clearly visible. This will allow us to process the order immediately without waiting for the payment to be credited.

Correct data entry
It's essential to enter your data correctly throughout the order process. This will help us streamline delivery. It's important to double-check the information you entered in the order summary screen and correct any errors.

Please provide correct contact details
Always provide a valid phone number (mobile or landline) and email address where we can contact you to update you or resolve any unforeseen issues promptly. These contact details will also be provided to the courier and used for any needs during the delivery process.

Avoid changes to your order
To avoid delays, we recommend avoiding any changes to your order. Any requested changes could result in delayed delivery dates. We recommend considering this to avoid problems, especially with "EXPRESS" orders.
